For a U.S. address, start with the FCC map
The FCC’s National Broadband Map instructions explain how to search a location and review fixed broadband availability. If the address, unit, or provider report is wrong, save the selected location and the provider’s order response before using the map’s correction or challenge route.
Important: Provider-reported coverage can be incomplete or stale and does not guarantee a successful installation. The provider’s final serviceability and order result still matters.
